Meet Junior Walker
I understand the immense pressure and demands that those in education face.
I've worked in education for 19 years and in that time I've spent many hours completing tasks that I knew would have no meaningful impact on the children. I've also spent many hours creating resources that did have an impact but it wasn't sustainable to manage my workload and keep investing so much time.
I'm now able to work as a Primary School Teacher, Maths Lead, Secondary School Tutor, and University Supervision Tutor simultaneously. This is because I spend most of my time teaching. This is only possible because AI is embedded into my teaching practise.
Pupil progress has always been a result of how well children can understand concepts. The more time you can spend focusing on this, the more effective you will be as a teacher. I want to decrease the time you spend working and not teaching. I want to empower teachers to Teach Again.
